The Company is fully convinced that its clients have the right to choose the best and therefore decided to develop this service (medical consultancy service) for those interested. SGS offers the following:
- Presenting the medical report to specialists and choosing the treatment centers that are appropriate to the situation of the patient.
- Providing the medical file to specialists in several medical centers for the patient to have an idea about the material cost and the span of time appropriate for treatment.
- The patient has the right to determine the type and field of the medical treatment.
- After obtaining the result of the medical advice, the patient has the right to approve receiving or rejecting the treatment.
- The patient has the right to know the advantages and risks of treatment in detail.
- The patient must be informed of the treatment plan that is appropriate for his condition and he has the right to refuse, accept or modify it.
- In the event the patient approves the treatment, SGS takes the following steps:
- Proposes a number of specialized health centers for treatment in multiple locations.
- Secures approval from the health center selected by the patient and facilitates the completion of the administrative procedures for the patient and his companions to come to Germany.
- Coordinates with the patient and his companions for choosing the appropriate residence in line with the financial capabilities and choosing the location as well as securing means of transport, as desired.
- Advising about the date of patient arrival for making the necessary arrangements.
- Following-up regarding the patient's condition by the company (administrative affairs – interpretation – escort …) as desired.
